Business Case Analysis

TurnAround Factor provides a documented and structured approach to aid top-level decision making with an emphasis of the enterprise-wide perspective of the stakeholders and decision makers and with an assessment of the holistic effects impacted by the decisions. Our Business Case Analysis (BCA) servies provide a standardized, analytic, and objective foundation upon which you can base credible decisions surrounding the performance of your organization or company. Through an Analysis of Alternatives, TurnAround Factor analyzes the performance of the status quo against program alternatives to provide an objective value analysis exploring the costs, benefits, and risks of a particular program. With our BCA services, we are able to provide a better course of action to exceptionally improve program performance throughout your organization.

We understand that effective project execution begins with knowing and understanding stakeholders' needs and expectations. Accordingly, we seeks input from all stakeholders for project development while recognizing the value and importance of keeping all informed of project progress and completion.  We uses a laser focus to meet the client’s requirements and ensure that its deliverables are on time, on budget, and on target.

TurnAround Factor has been involved in numerous BCA projects, accumulating an array of expertise and analytical proficiency. Some of these projects include:
  • DoD EMALL
  • DLA LAN Growth
  • Deployable Distribution Facilities and Equipment
Through BCA, we document the requirements encompassing the customer's needs, develop the alternative courses of action, and develop cost models. This provides the foundation to analyze benefits and cost avoidance, analyze risk, assess models for sensitivity, and conduct gap analysis. Our Analysis of Alternatives will provide a comprehensive, fair, and accurate comparison when evaluating multiple alternatives. We will document and analyze the results of our BCA to deliver a recommendation for your organization in support of improved program performance and a clear way forward.

As part of our technical and systematic approach to program and project management, TurnAround Factor takes a page from the PMI standards as described in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). We incorporate these four fundamental steps and corresponding capabilities to further and aid top-level decision makers:
  • Identify requirements in line with stakeholder needs, desires, concerns, and expectations and develop the project design.
  • Establish clear and attainable objectives and develop plans of action for conducting and completing activities and tasks.
  • Balance demands for quality, scope, time, and cost, as it is most appropriate, as well as monitor and report progress.
  • Adapt specifications, plans, and approaches to different concerns and expectations and stakeholders, as well as perform risk management.
